Tokyobike & Tokyo Lamington Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility : The competition is open to all individuals. The winner must collect the bike directly from an official Tokyobike partner location and must pick up the lamingtons from Tokyo Lamington stores in Newtown NSW or Carlton VIC, or opt for delivery if within a 10km radius of these stores.
Entry Period : Entries will be accepted online starting from 10th November and ending 30th November.
How to Enter:
Entrants must follow @tokyobike_au and @tokyolamington on Instagram.
Entrants are to tag a Friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post and include a brief explanation of why they’re excited to share a bike ride and box of lamingtons with the tagged friend.
Prizes:
The selected winner will receive one (1) Tokyobike. The choice of size and style is subject to availability at the time of winning and will be at the discretion of Tokyobike.
The winner's tagged Friend will also receive a monthly 12-pack of Tokyo Lamingtons for one year, which will be a random selection from our monthly changing menu.
Prize Conditions:
There are no cash alternatives or substitution of prizes allowed. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners must collect their prizes from the designated Tokyo Lamington stores or Tokyobike partner location.
Winner Selection and Notification:
A winner will be randomly drawn on the 1st December and will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within five days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
To be eligible, both the Entrant and tagged Friend must be following @tokyobike_au and @tokyolamington on Instagram at the time of drawing the winner.
General Terms:
Entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of the promoters as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
Liability Clause:
By entering this contest, participants release and hold harmless the promoters, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from their participation in the contest and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
Jurisdiction:
The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
