Shipping policy

For your safety and peace of mind, your new tokyobike will be shipped to and assembled by a professional bike shop near you, so all you have to do is pick it up ready to ride. (Little tokyobike and Paddle are shipped directly to you almost fully assembled.)

Your bike will be assembled by one of our stockists (or an alternative bike shop if there is no stockist near you). We will contact you prior to dispatch with a suitable option.

Adult bikes – FREE
Little tokyobike – $60 per bike
Accessories & Paddle – calculated at checkout

ASSEMBLY & HANDLING

Adult bikes – $80 per bike
This is automatically applied to your order at checkout. Assembly by an approved bike shop is a condition of warranty and not optional.

DELIVERY TIME

Accessories & kids bikes – please allow up to 3 working days for your order to dispatch. Tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Adult bikes – please allow up to 2 weeks from dispatch until collection from the bike shop. Times may vary for regional areas. If you have specific requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY TERMS OF SERVICE

We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after purchase subject to stock availability. Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, we are not responsible for ensuring that the order reaches your correct address. We may charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt. Free shipping promotions will not be applied to redelivery.
